In addition to auditing the accuracy of utility bills and reporting the consumption and cost data, the Utilities Guru Smart Dashboard automatically measures and analyzes how, why, and how much energy and water consumption and costs are changing relative to established baselines and automatically detects, diagnoses, and assesses abnormal changes in the data — uncovering hidden operational inefficiencies, — as they occur.
The Utilities Guru Smart Dashboard is implemented in two phases:
